Condominium Memberships:  Starting at $4000.00; these offer 7 or 14 days of floating time in one of our 32 spacious condos.  This time may be exchanged into one of over 3,000 other resorts with your membership into the RCI network. Visit resorts located throughout the U.S.  and the world.

RV Memberships:  This unlimited use, reservation based membership enables members to camp on one of our 84 full hook-up RV pads. Members  may enroll in Coast to Coast and stay in over 500 campground resorts located in the U.S.  and Canada.

Combination Condominium and RV Memberships: This offers the members a combination recreational package which includes all the benefits listed above.

Common Member Benefits: In addition to the benefits listed above, all members are entitled to use of the Resorts' wilderness campgrounds,  hunting, ATV trails, horseback trails, kids' fish pond and private picnic areas located in the pristine mountain lands.  Members enjoy unlimited use of the rustic, multiple-use lodge, two tennis courts, two swimming pools, hot tubs, a children's playground, a game room and a fitness room as well as other quality amenities.
