Q – How long will the resort be closed for?

A – The current projection to allow access back to the resort is set for May 22, 2020. Should concerns change between now and May 22, 2020 that date could be shortened or lengthened.


Q – How will I be notified when the resort is re-opened?

A – An email will be sent out prior to May 22, 2020 to provide an update on current risks. Information can also be found on the website, social media or by calling the store.


Q – Can I still use the campground while the resort is closed?

A – No.


Q – What will happen with my condo reservation days if I had a reservation during this time?

A – Members with reservations during this time will be contacted and condo time can be re-scheduled for a later date.


Q – Can I still access the resort property for hiking, ATV riding, picnics, camping, etc.?

A – No. The resort is completely closed for access.


Q – Can I still make future reservations during this time?

A – Yes. Reservations for dates after May 22, 2020 can still be made. Please note: should the closure need to be extended those reservations will need to be re-booked.


Q – How will I apply for hunts, receive the newsletter and review upcoming activities?

A – All items listed and more can be found on the website. Emails will be sent out when particular announcements / applications are available. The hunting application will be available April 1, 2020 on the website.


Q – Will I be allowed to extend my condo days out past the expiration date now that the resort is not available?

A – Only members that currently had reservations during the closed period will be eligible for an extension.


Q – Will the work day scheduled for May 2nd still take place?

A – No. This work day will be re-scheduled.


Q – How do I pay my annual dues?

A – Dues are handled through VRI. These payments can be made directly through the VRI office.


Q – Will I be seeing a discount on my annual dues?

A – Currently maintenance fees will remain. Maintenance fees are required to keep the resort functioning


Q – Can the resort be accessed for shed hunting during the closure?

A – No. Shed hunting is currently closed. Shed hunting consideration will be reevaluated once the resort is back open.


Q – Are ATV trails open during the closure?

A – No.


Q – Are rifle or archery ranges open?

A – No.


Q – Will the due date for the annual maintenance fees change?

A – No. The due date will remain April 1, 2020.
