Meeting Checklist

About four to six weeks prior to your wedding, we will have one final meeting. During this meeting, we will go over the following:

  • Layout plans (table placement, chairs, caterer, DJ, bartender, dance floor, sweetheart table, etc.)

  • Alternate point of contact in the wedding party

  • Timeline, to include transition time between ceremony and reception

  • Parking

  • Guest arrival

  • Securing wedding gifts

  • Official send-off

  • Verify condo and event center reservations (dates/names)

  • Clean up/tear down

  • Final payment plans for wedding package

  • Your questions, concerns and expectations
