Meeting Checklist
About four to six weeks prior to your wedding, we will have one final meeting. During this meeting, we will go over the following:

Layout plans (table placement, chairs, caterer, DJ, bartender, dance floor, sweetheart table, etc.)

Alternate point of contact in the wedding party

Timeline, to include transition time between ceremony and reception

Parking

Guest arrival

Securing wedding gifts

Official send-off

Verify condo and event center reservations (dates/names)

Clean up/tear down

Final payment plans for wedding package
